AssetRaider support is available for license activation, checkout issues, and extension behaviour on supported sites.

What to include

Include the page URL you were using, your browser version, whether you are using the free or premium flow, and any screenshot or error message that helps reproduce the issue.

Premium activation

If checkout succeeded but the extension is still free, open the success page again, copy the license key, paste it into the extension options page, and click Verify license.
